Reports & Analytics AI assistant
Turns a plain-English question into 2 to 5 report specs, rendered against live data, plus 2 to 4 'what to fix' recommendations.
Who can use it: Operators with the ops or finance role.
DXAPlay's AI Workforce gives every department of an iGaming business its own role-specific AI agents: management, marketing, CRM, affiliates, operations, finance, compliance, customer support, product and technology. Each agent works within defined permissions, uses only your data, and escalates regulated or material decisions to an authorized person.
Start with one human leader per department and add specialized AI team members as the operation grows. Select a department to see its agents.
Each assistant answers a request and hands the result to a person to review and save.

Every agent starts in shadow mode. An action moves up a level only with evidence from shadow mode and the sign-off of its human owner.
Agents prepare evidence and drafts, and an authorized person decides. Agents assist the MLRO, compliance officer, legal counsel and responsible-gaming professionals; they never replace them.
| Decision | Decided by | What an agent may do |
|---|---|---|
| Player account closure or permanent ban | Head of Player Operations with the Compliance Officer | Prepare the account history and evidence. |
| Final AML suspicion determinations and SAR/STR filings | MLRO | Assemble case files, chronologies and typology mapping for the MLRO. |
| Regulatory reporting and submissions to regulators | Compliance Officer or MLRO | Draft data extracts and narrative for human review. |
| Balance adjustments: any debit (correction, chargeback) and any credit above the tenant's goodwill cap | Finance Manager, with maker-checker | Propose a goodwill credit up to the cap (placeholder USD 25, tenant-configurable); prepare evidence above it. |
| Withdrawal rejection, and any withdrawal decision outside the deterministic auto-approve policy | Withdrawals reviewer; two different approvers at or above the operator's withdrawal review threshold | Summarize the case and the auto-approve policy's reason codes for the reviewer. |
| Responsible-gaming interventions (contacting a player about RG, imposing or lifting limits, cool-offs, self-exclusion) | Responsible Gaming Officer | Detect markers, prepare cases with evidence, draft outreach for the RG officer. |
| Legal determinations and legal advice | General Counsel or external counsel | Produce issue lists, summaries and sourced research for counsel. |
| Financial-control changes (withdrawal policy and caps, review thresholds, cash-prize caps, fee rules, commission plans, gift-card issuance, risk-rule settings) | CFO / Finance; tenant super admin for platform settings | Model the impact; propose fraud-rule changes only through the risk-rule proposal queue. |
| Production deployment | Release Manager / CTO through CI/CD | Prepare release notes, checklists and rollback plans. |
| High-value promotional liability (offers, prizes or campaigns whose maximum liability exceeds the tenant threshold) | Head of CRM with Finance | Model liability and abuse exposure; draft offers; propose up to the threshold. |
| Contract execution (signing, accepting terms, committing the company) | Authorized signatory | Draft, compare and track dates. |
| Employee termination and other adverse employment decisions (discipline, pay, rating) | Head of HR with management | Administrative preparation only. |
| Material pricing changes (B2B prices and discounts, player fee schedules, global sportsbook margin rules, loyalty and cashback rates) | CEO/CFO for B2B pricing; Head of Trading for margins; Head of CRM with Finance for loyalty rates | Model and propose; tactical moves only inside bands a human set. |
| Account holds or freezes, KYC level or status changes, edits to identity gate fields (date of birth, country) | Compliance or Finance per the platform's role rules | Prepare evidence; request step-up KYC through a proposal once that action exists. |
| Access control and secrets (operator roles and module scopes, API keys, webhook secrets, any agent's permissions, autonomy or budget) | Tenant super admin | Report anomalies. |
Agents from different departments hand work to each other through the shared data layer, and every workflow ends with an authorized person.
Final decision: Human CRM Manager approves the campaign.
Final decision: Human Affiliate Director approves outreach.
Final decision: Human Payments or Compliance Officer decides.
Final decision: Human Marketing Manager approves the launch.
Final decision: Human Product Owner approves the release.
Customer data is not used to train shared models, unless an explicit, legally reviewed agreement with the customer permits it.
Each agent belongs to one operator. It reads only that operator's data, through the same permission checks as a person, and shares no memory with other operators.
Every agent run records the agent, operator, user, time, input, data accessed, recommendation, action attempted, approval state, result, errors, cost and the model used.
The AI features call Anthropic's Claude models. Model providers are listed on the sub-processor list, and the Responsible AI Policy explains how outputs are reviewed.
Your package sets how many agents work for you. The more agents you add, the higher the package.
Every package starts here: the governance console, approval queues, an audit trail of every agent action, autonomy controls and a usage dashboard.
Choose the departments you need. Each agent works one department's queue with its own allowance of AI credits.
One agent with every department's skills in a shared queue, for operators who want the whole workforce.
Hire more agents as your volume grows. The more agents in your package, the higher the price.
New agent roles and upgrades to existing agents join the catalogue over time, and you can add them to your package whenever you want.
Lets an authorized tenant admin define and 'hire' a new agent role from the same building blocks as the catalog agents, inside the same guardrails.
An authorized administrator defines the role, department, responsibilities, KPIs, tools, data access, allowed actions, approval requirements, escalation route, reporting cadence, working hours and jurisdictional restrictions.
