Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to every customer, user and partner of the DXAPlay platform, its API and its portals.

2. Prohibited uses

• Unlicensed or unlawful gambling, or offering gambling where it is prohibited.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or evading sanctions.
• Marketing to players who are self-excluded, cooling off or otherwise restricted, or marketing without the consent the law requires.
• Targeting minors or vulnerable people.
• Uploading content that is unlawful, infringing or malicious.
• Accessing another customer’s data, or trying to get around access controls, rate limits or usage limits.
• Probing, scanning or testing the platform’s security without written permission (see responsible disclosure on the Trust Center).
• Reverse engineering the Service, or reselling it except under a written agreement.
• Using AI features to make decisions that are reserved for authorized people (see the Responsible AI Policy).

3. Enforcement

DXAPlay may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or end access. Where the law requires, DXAPlay may report to the authorities.
